  2. Stretch. Stretch your neck and shoulders throughout the day. Stand up and walk away from the computer screen or other tech devices to give your body a break. Move your head from side to side and then from front to back to stretch your neck.  Then stretch your shoulders by pulling one arm across your body and holding it in place with the other. Repeat on the other side.
  3. Improve Posture. While sitting at your desk or on your cell phone, improve your posture. Sit up in your chair and don't hunch over the desk. Keep your forearms off of the desk and adjust your computer screen as needed so you can see it clearly. When using your phone hold it up at eye level, rather than at your waist so you're looking down at your phone.
  4. Set Limits. Set limits for yourself spent on your tech devices when not at work. Recreational use of your smart devices should be limited to less than an hour per day.
  5. Visit The Chiropractor. To help get your spine back in alignment, a visit to the chiropractor can be useful. Get to the chiropractor for regular adjustments and to improve your posture and overall well-being.
